I have had an up and down weight issue for a while in my life and would try diets on and off for years. Finally I began to have health concerns with significant arthritis and later, a threatening fatty liver. Hope 30 is the first program which has not only addressed my weight but most importantly, has stopped the inflammation in my joints, and totally corrected the serious liver issue. I cannot tell you how much better I feel, as well as look! This wonderful Team will not let you fail! And they become like family by the time we finish the 30 days. Then as Dr. Jim would say, “And guess what!” the fabulous Hope 30 Team is available to stick with you “for Life” with various minimal supportive systems going forward, should you want to have this.
